To celebrate the release of our newest sewing pattern, you are invited to Tillie’s Too Cute to be Ugly Sweaters Party on Facebook, complete with a chance to win a $25 Pixie Faire Gift Card!


Participating is easy…

  1. Sew your own Too Cute to be Ugly Sweater. You are welcome to use my pattern or any other pattern of your choosing. Pattern purchase NOT required to participate.Too Cute to be Ugly Sweaters Sewing Pattern for 18-inch Dolls such as American Girl®
  2. Snap a photo of your doll wearing her new sweater.
  3. Post your photo on our Facebook party page before midnight (MST) on December 31, 2014.

Kristin Rutten is the creator, owner and operator of Matilda Jo Originals. Born and raised in Montana, she first learned to sew on her grandmother's antique Singer sewing machine by cutting out and stitching a simple nine-square pillow. Other projects soon followed and she has been crafting and sewing ever since. In addition to sewing and pattern design, she also enjoys crocheting, scrapbooking and designing WordPress websites, including sister company iCreateForDolls.com. She makes her home in Central Montana with her husband and four children, ages 9 to 22.
